What makeup brands do stores like macys and bloomngdales sell?

I would like to know the brands they sell for makeup and price range. Is it better to go to sephora or macys to get your makeup done b/c sephora seems a bit expensiveWhat makeup brands do stores like macys and bloomngdales sell?
I suggest going to Macy's, as you can also get Sephora's makeup there, I believe.

Any makeup that you buy that is of quality is going to be a little pricey. Yes the prices do vary but not a lot and you wont find any cheaper things at Macy's than you will sephora. You need to look at the brands and see which one you like the best and thats where the price will come into play. At Sephora they have many different brands of makup that are all different prices as does Macy's. It wont matter where you go to buy that brand, just what brand you choose. I really like Mac makeup, they sell it at Macy;s. Clinuqe is good too and its cheaper.
They are quite pricey but makeup counters usually give you some gifts! macy's sells Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, Christian Dior, Chanel, Clarins, etc. and yes in some stores they sell the hyped up MAC makeup.
Macy's have some pretty good makeup brands like BENEFIT,MAC,Shiseido,CHANEL,Calvin Klevin ect...





the price are pretty decent for what ingredients they have.
macys is gonna be just as expensive as sephora
