No big department stores carry Sephora. You can see if Nordstrom has the actual kit you're looking for, but you will probably have to order it if you don't have a Sephora near you. Overnight it?
Some JC Penney stores have a Sephora inside of them. Check the Sephora website locator to see where the nearest one to you is.
NO no Target sells Sephora if soo it's really old !!!!
