sephora brand makeup has every color you can imagine and it's really cheap, like 4 dollars for a good quality eyeliner. the same goes for the shadow.

Urban Decay also on sephora.com, has even crazier colors in shadow and liner and the quality is a little better.





I usually buy UD but when I'm low on cash I go for Sephora Brand.
Any of the higher end brands, like Dior, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Calvin Klein, Givenchy. Too Faced and Urban Decay are other good ones. Here are some examples:

they have very vibrant gel eyeliners that work great!


and for eyeshadow they have duo's that come with two colors and they are very pigmented.

Urban Decay is the best for wild colors. I especially recommend their 24/7 eyeliners. The colors are amazing, and they last as long as a liquid liner.
Almay= Good quality.
