i want to sell MAC pigment samples in a blog like blogger.com like other people or on amazon or some place, but i heard you can get in trouble for doing this? why is that? or not?Am i aloud to sell makeup like a business?
If you are selling things you are not ';like a business'; you ARE a business.
You must take all the required steps to organize your business according to your state laws. For example you may need to collect sales tax on the sale of those items. i don't know why it would get you in trouble...check the terms of the website and choose one that let's you post advertisements.
