Urban Decay do really nice eyeshadows in loads of colours but they are a bit pricey. Its 拢11-12 for a little tin or you can get a little box with 9 or 10 colours in for 拢20.
If you want something really cheap natural collection do little pots with 2 coluors in for 拢1.99 and they do a nice shimmery silver in that.
If your looking for something a bit middle of the road try Revlon ColourStay for about 拢5
HIP is really good as well as Beauty From the Earth and Jesse's girl. You can get the Jesses girl at CVS for super cheap. I would also purchase or make your own mixing medium. Just get liquid glycerine and mix 1 parts glycerine to 3 parts water. It'll help your shadows go on more vibrant and last longer. Use a good eyeshadow primer also :)

HIP Loreal metallic silver you can find at drug stores for about $7.00. i recommed mac because they have the best makeup and they have all those metallic shimmery silvers, they have pretty much everything. the mac is 14.99 at macys.
Try Bee Luscious Cosmetics dimensional eye shadows they are SUPER shimmery also the loose mineral eyeshadow in yellow diamond or citrine are gorgeous colors you will adore it.
Mac has great eyeshadows in about a million colors. I'm sure you'd find what you're looking for.
