covergirl recently came out with a brand of REALLY bright eyeshadow. however, they don't have a huge selection. if you're willing to spend the money, ben nye has good quality make up in a plethora of colors. they do specialize in theatrical make up, but they also have plenty of regular make up, too.
technically most brands sell a wide array of colours.
